I was in the store on Wednesday, looking for a new couch. Avery was very helpful, didn't pressure me. I took some pics of my favorites and told him I'd be back once I made a decision. Well, I went back on Saturday and he was there to help me. I told him which one I'd decided on, and we sat down to do the paperwork. I had my checkbook out and a check partially filled out. It was then that Avery informed me that my son and his wife in Indy were paying for the whole thing....Happy Birthday! I will never forget my 77th birthday. Thank you, Avery! You really went the extra mile on this one! Karen Woodworth

Very relaxed shopping atmosphere. Not a high pressure store. They want you to be satisfied with your purchase not buy what they want to sell you. Aelius Ohneck our sales person was awesome.

Walked in to furniture row looking for some office furniture and when I went in, I was greeted very nicely! They were very professional and the sales people didn't hound me and wasn't standing over my shoulders. They let me shop. Ola was the best sales person.

Our salesperson ,Nathan Luppert , was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture we purchased. We asked him about the fabric on the sofa , the material on the top of the coffee table as well as the side table. He explained the fabric protection plan that we were very interested in because we picked a light colored sofa. Lastly, I was having trouble deciding which side table I wanted to purchase. One was sitting right next to the sofa and the other one was in a different section in the store. Nathan offered to bring the other table over and put it next to the sofa so I could see it and make up my mind which one I liked better. In my opinion, that was great customer service. We will definitely go back to Furniture Row and ask for Nathan whenever we are shopping for furniture.

My family and I went to shop for a sofa, loveseat and chair today and worked with Aelius who was amazing! We wound up with the furniture, 2 end tables, and 2 beautiful lamps! The process was easy and no pressure. I highly recommend Furniture Row if you're looking for home furnishings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aelius was great to work with and we were very satisfied with our experience. PLEASE offer the Astra set in ANOTHER COLOR!!!!!! I had to settle for my second choice because this set was only offered in blue. That was the only disappointing part of the whole experience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good products at a reasonable price. Kodie was great to work with, very friendly, but not at all pushy. He shared all all the features with us, let us try out various brands and firmness. We ended up with a split king Denver mattress with adjustable frame. I loved the Purple mattress, but not well enough to spend an extra $2000 . After our mattress purchase, we ended up buying a chair as well.
